A Taser is an electroshock weapon that uses electrical current to disrupt voluntary control of muscles.
My Opinion: I think the police took it too far when they brought the dogs in to chase after him. They should've had better security because things have happened before at basketball games especially between rival schools. Tasering him was also unnecessary.
